1920年，黃金般的年代，美國的經濟隨著戰爭的結束而騰飛，直到了現在，作為代價的是這個社會的陰暗面同樣迅猛的增長。在這樣的繁華表面上，有著不為人知的東西同樣在滋生著，直到命運的齒輪開始轉動。
In 1920, the golden age, the American economy took off with the end of the war, and until now, the dark side of this society has also grown at an equally rapid rate.On such a prosperous surface, there are also unknown things growing, until the gears of fate start to turn.
作者的話：
此劇本也是《風暴》戰役本的第一章節，尤其真相的部分，每一章節我會只放"目前可透漏"的部分進去。
KP可以不用擔心劇情BUG的部分，以及要單獨拆出來當作獨立本帶也是可以的，只是會可惜一點就是。
另外，此戰役與獵手五部曲兼容，但關聯性不大，具體發展就是看KP和PL的發揮了～
