You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card's Summon cannot be negated.This card cannot be Tributed, Banished. This card cannot be used as a Fusion Material Monster, Synchro Material Monster, or Xyz Material Monster. When this card is face-up on the field: Neither player can activate an card effect whose activation cannot be responded by card effects. When a monster would be Summoned, a monster declares an attack, OR a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect is activated: You can pay half your Life Points; negate the Summon, attack or activation, and destroy that card. If you do: this card gains ATK equal to the Life Points you paid to activate this effect. This effect is treated as Spell Speed 3. If this effect is activated as Chain Link 3 or higher: You can also negate the activation of all other cards in the same Chain and destroy them. When this card is destroyed: Destroy all cards in either players' hands and on the field (If there doesn't exsit any cards in one side, the effect is still activated); Special Summon this card from Graveyard or Special Summon this banished card. If you Special Summon this card by this way: Target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard; Special Summon it, Ignoring the Summoning conditions.
