In the end of March, I retired from the military, then started writing my resume and applying the job. My department is chemical engineering, highly chance go to the product line in the industry of high-tech and traditional industry. This kind of job high chance require a shift work or on call. For me, my life habit is so fixed, sleep early and wake early, it's tough for me, also I want to have my own time. So my main goal is find the job doesn't have to do that two things.
During the time I applied the job, I see how tired and horrible of the product line in the high-tech on the dcard and ptt, the life they describe is I'm not looking for, so I give up the thought of going to that field even the money is so much. Then my ultimate goal is go to the RD department in the Chemical manufacturer. But my degree is not good enough to get in the Big firm like Eternal Material, even don't have the chance to interview. I'm also not very good at introducing myself, and response the question from HR or manager too direct or just say my feeling out. I can feel they are not satisfied my answer. And go to other province, consider the rent, food and necessity, cant save too much money.
Finally, I decide go the manufacturer in the same province and a little far from my home. The job content is I want. But the pay they offer is very low, my friends hear the salary must say waste your master degree. I don't know whether this job can let me jump to the same title in the big firm, now I have no work experience, the question they ask often surround the my personality or something else, I actually a little hate that, have the work experience may be more easy to reply and get in.
