2022年新增：遊戲已經更新修復了，不再需要以下做法。
這次更新warlord，似乎出現蠻多問題，很多人都進不了遊戲。
這裡提供一些解法，希望可以幫助到一些玩家。
給那些開不了遊戲的玩家，試試看這個方式可能有用。
首先，反安裝遊戲，刪除模組（Mod），或者暫時移動到別的地方，先單純安裝遊戲本體。
*我知道有很多玩家喜歡mod，但是，現在先讓遊戲可以運行，模組以後再安裝回去就好。
安裝完成遊戲本體，記得先更新到最新版本。(現在還不需要開遊戲)
之後，我們去Steam的界面，把“軟體”打勾搜索一個叫做Easy eSport的軟件。（可以暫時先把遊戲取消勾選，方便找東西）
找到之後，手動運行它，如果需要更新，就更新。確保它可以正常運行之後，會在右下角跑到出現“Ready. Start the game”，我們就可以關掉它，然後重開PC。
重開PC後，嘗試運行Insurgency：沙塵暴，應該就可以正常遊戲。祝大家好運。（不需執行Easy eSport，開遊戲就好）
注：我這邊沒Window7的機器，所以，不能測試這方法能不能解決Window7的問題。（而且，Window7的問題也有可能是其他原因造成的）
注2：不確定是不是可以解決全部玩家遇到的情況，但是，確實有玩家因此可以重新遊玩。用了還是不能玩的，請不要怪我。

For who can't open the game, doing this might help.
First uninstall whole game, and remove(delete or move to other place) all mods. Do a clear install.
*I know many players love mod, but let's focus on how to make the game can run in normal first. Mod can install back later.
Then, after installed back the latest version(remember to update if needed) of Insurgency: Sandstorm
After a new installation is done, go to steam and try to update anti-cheat software manually.(Don't need to run the game right now)
Go Steam click "software" (you could unclick "Game" for easy to searching), search [Easy eSport]
Then we run it for once, if it can run normally, we should see the word "Ready. Start the game" on it, then we restart PC.
After restart PC, try to run Insurgency: sandstorm, it should be ok to play, good luck!!!
(Do not need to open Easy-eSport)
PS: I don't have window7 machine to test, so I cannot guarantee it work on Window7. (Also it could be other issue on Window7 PC)
PS2: I am not sure if this can solve all player issue, but it do help some player get back to normal game.Please don't blame me if still fail.

Untuk yang tidak dapat membuka game punya gamers, care ini mungkin boleh tolong.
Pertama-tama uninstall game, dan hapus (hapus atau pindah ke tempat lain) semua mod. Buat install yang langsung baru:install game sahaja.
*Saya faham banyak orang suka main Mod, tapi sekarang kita fokus untuk boleh masuk game sahaja. Mod boleh masuk balik nanti.
Kemudian, setelah install game, perbarui versi terbaru (memperbarui jika perlu) kepada Insurgency: Sandstorm
Sekarang, kita pergi STEAM cari software nama "Easy eSport"
Easy eSport boleh cari dalam Steam ==> "Software" (Kita boleh unclick "Game" untuk gurang barang dan mudah cari).
Buka [Easy eSport] ,memperbarui versi terbaru jika perlu.Nanti dia jalan sampai lihat "Ready. Start the game". (Tidak perlu buka game sekarang)
Kalau [Easy eSport] boleh jalan biasa, kita restart PC.
Setelah restart PC, buka game Insurgency:Sandstorm, kalau boleh masuk game, hal sudah selesai, ok, kita boleh main lagi, semoga sukses !!!
(Tidak perlu buka Easy-Esport)
Saya tidak ada mesin window7 untuk menguji, jadi saya tidak tahu masalah sama atau tidak, cara ini mungkin tak boleh guna kepada window7. (Juga masalah dan alasan mungkin tidah sama dalam window7 pc)
Berapa kawan boleh main selepas guna cara ini, saya tidak jamin cara ini boleh tolong semua orang.
