Keep B-fluid*1+E41(高蛋白)300kcal→ If digestion well, less residual volume and no abdominal discomfort, suggest increase E41 900kcal and DC b-Fluid.
Suggest add thaimine 100mg 1amp Q12H *5day
goal:increase calorie intake gradually ( increase 5-10 kcal/kg BW per 3 days ) , monitor electrolytes before adjust calorie intake.
monitor: feeding capacity、body weight、Zn, Ca, K, P, Na, Mg( 2 time during the first week, and afterward for weekly ), BS change
Suggest check nutrition-related laboratory values : total cholesterol, transferrin, prealbumin.
