做法
吐司 2片
雞蛋 2顆
牛油 10克
牛奶 2大匙
鹽 少許
黑胡椒粉 可放可不放
Toast 2
Egg 2
Butter 10g
Milk 2T
Salt a little
Black pepper powder
1.蛋加牛奶攪拌均勻
2.牛油大火微波20秒至溶化
3.蛋液中加入鹽、融化的牛油及黑胡椒粉,攪拌至稍微起泡
4.大火微波1分鐘,取出攪拌
5.大火微波45秒,直至呈一半固體一半液體的狀態,攪碎並攪至均勻
6.大火微波20-30秒,攪碎,即可夾入吐司內食用

3.Add Salt,butter & Black pepper powder into the egg & milk mixture
4.Using high heat with microwave for 1 minute ,Take out & Stir it well
5.Using high heat with microwave for 45 seconds,until it becomes Medium well done,Take out & Stir it well
6.Using high heat with microwave for 20 to 30 seconds ,after grinding can put it into toast and enjoy
