咖啡珍珠鮮奶
即溶咖啡 20公克
吉利丁 20公克
水 100ml
糖 20公克
牛奶100ml
咖啡酒50ml
1.即溶咖啡用100ml水泡開
2.把吉利丁、糖倒入混合均勻
3.放入容器中冷藏至凝固，取出放入杯中
4.加入牛奶，緩緩倒入咖啡酒即可
烏梅珍珠沙瓦
薑汁汽水100cc
梅酒 50cc
烏梅汁 100cc
吉利丁 20公克
1.先把烏梅汁微波一分鐘，倒入吉利丁粉混合均勻
2.放入容器中冷藏至凝固，取出放入杯中
3.杯子底部放入烏梅凍，放入冰塊，倒入梅酒，再倒入薑汁
汽水即可。
Coffee Boba Milk
Ingredients
Instant coffee 20 g
Gelatine 20 g
Water 100ml
sugar 20 g
Milk 100ml
Coffee wine 50ml
Directions
1. Dissolving Instant coffee with 100 ml water
2. Stiring gelatine ,sugar with coffee.
3. Put mixture into the container to refrigerate to
solidify, remove it, and put in the cup.
4. Add milk and slowly finally pour coffee wine.
Ume Boba Sawa
Ginger ale 100cc
Plum wine 50cc
Dark Plum Boba
Dark plum juice 100cc
Gelatine 20 g
1. First hiting Dark plum juice with microwave for 1
minute , pour gelatin in it mix together.
2. Put it in a container and refrigerate until it is
solidified.
3. Put the plum boba into the bottom of the cup, put
some ice cubes, pour the plum wine, and pour ginger
ale into it.
