豆乳髒髒包
爆漿 有層次的口感
不用烤箱 用微波爐就好
材料
豆乳髒髒包
市售可頌/丹麥酥麵包X2
黃豆粉
Croissant 2
Soybean powder
1.黑糖蜜
a.黑糖 100 g
b.水 50 g
1.Brown sugar syrup
a. Brown sugar 100 g
b.Water 50 c.c.
2.豆乳卡士達
a.蛋黃2個
b.糖4大匙
c.低筋麵粉1大匙
d.豆漿150ml
2.Soy milk Custard
a.Egg York 2
b.Sugar 4 Tablespoon
c.Cake Flour 1 Tablespoon
d.Soy Milk 150ml
做法
黑糖蜜
1.把黑糖及水混合均勻
2.混合後放入微波爐,微波2分後再取出攪拌、再微波2分鐘
3.重覆此動作直接醬汁濃綢即可
4.若太稠可加入少許水調整稠度
Brown sugar syrup
1. Mix the brown sugar and water
2. Heating with microwave for 2 minute,take out and stir, put in to the microwave reheat again.
3. Repeat step 2 until the sauce become thick.
4. If it is too thicky, you can add a some water to balance it.
豆乳卡士達
1.蛋黃加糖攪拌加入麵粉,再分次加入豆漿、麵粉拌勻
2.微波2分後再取出攪拌、再微波2分鐘
3.重覆此動作直接醬汁濃綢即可
4.若太稠可加入少許豆漿調整稠度
5.卡士達醬稍微放涼,並放入乾淨的塑膠中,剪開一角,製成
擠花袋,
Soy Milk Custard
1. Mix the egg yolk with sugar and add flour, add soy milk for several time and mix the flour.
2. Heating with microwave for 2 minute,take out and stir, put in to the microwave reheat again.
3. Repeat step 2 until the sauce become thick.
4. If it is too thicky, you can add a some soy milk to balance it.
5. Let Custard sauce cool down a little bit, and put
it into a clean plastic bag. Cut a corner to make it a pastry bag.
組合
1.將豆乳卡士達擠入可頌內
2.可頌外層淋上黑糖蜜、再撒上少許黃豆粉即可
Combination
1.Put Soy Milk Custard into Croissant
2.Pour Brown sugar syrup on top of croissant and sprinkle some Soybean powder on it.

抹茶Dirty Matcha Bread
材料
可頌麵包X2
抹茶粉
Croissant 2
Matcha powder few
抹茶卡士達醬
蛋黃2
糖4大匙
低筋麵粉1大匙
牛奶150cc
抹茶粉少許
Matcha custard
Egg York 2
Sugar 4 Tablespoon
Cake Flour 1 Tablespoon
Milk 150c.c
Matcha powder few
抹茶牛奶醬
1.抹茶粉 10g
2.牛奶 120ml
3.砂糖 60g
4.鮮奶油 50g
Matcha milk paste
Matcha powder 10g
Milk 120ml
Sugar 60g
Cream 50g
抹茶卡士達 Matcha custard
1.蛋黃加糖攪拌加入牛奶,再分次加入麵粉拌勻
2.微波2分後再取出攪拌、再微波2分鐘
3.重覆此動作直接醬汁濃綢即可
4.若太稠可加入少許牛奶調整稠度

抹茶牛奶醬 Matcha milk paste
1.抹茶加入牛奶中拌勻
2.加鮮奶油及糖拌勻
3.放入微波加熱2分鐘,攪拌均勻,.重覆此步驟至醬汁濃酬即可
4.若太稠可加入少許鮮奶油調整稠度
1.Mix matcha powder and milk together
2.Add cream and sugar and stir in mixture until completely.
3.Heating with microwave for 2 minute,take out and stir, put in to the microwave again,repeat this step until the sauce become thick.
4.If it is too thicky, you can add a some cream to balance it.
組合
1.將抹茶卡士達擠入可頌內
2.可頌外層淋上抹茶牛奶醬、再撒上少許抹茶粉即可
