Here is the latest info on the Blue eyes white dragon structure deck. Below are two new cards in the deck followed by reprints! All credit goes to Neoarkadia.

Blue-Eyed Maiden
1 Star/LIGHT/Spellcaster-Type - Effect, Tuner
When this card is targeted for an attack: Negate that attack and change this card's battle position, then, Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. When this card is targeted by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can only {use? activate?} effect of "Blue-Eyes Maiden" once per turn.

Guard of the Storm Dragon
{1 Star?}/LIGHT/Dragon-Type - Effect, Tuner
You can target 1 Normal Dragon-Type monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. If a monster equipped with this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.
