... and then you stay true to that original determination each time you
breathe out you're going to stay right here.
It's going to require some discernment to figure out how to make yourself happy to stay right here.
This is why we focus on.
Making the breath comfortable while we meditate.
Have a sense of refreshment as we breathe.
Which parts of the body need to be refreshed right now will give them some extra breath energy.
As for anything that gets in the way you have to remind yourself you original intention which was to stay right here.
Get the mind under control.
This is the Buddha said the self is its own mainstay.
But if you can't control yourself, you have no mainstay at all.
於是你在每一次吐氣時保持初衷,你將住於當下
這是需要一些識別能力來判斷如何讓自己住於此處而快樂
這是我們專注的地方。
當我們禪修時,讓自己的呼吸舒服。
在呼吸時有種灌注能量的感覺
身體的哪個部份現在需要充電,就多加予呼吸的能量
當任何事情妨礙到你,你就提醒自己的初衷是住於當下。
讓心在控制之下。
這是佛陀所的自我即為自己的支柱。
當你無法控制自己時,你將沒有任何依怙
